Special Return Instructions:

Pieces must arrive in undamaged, usable condition. Pieces should be wrapped in at least 4 layers of bubble wrap and the box should be tightly filled with paper or various packing materials to ensure the ceramic piece cannot move or shift while in transit. For the pour-overs, special attention needs to be paid to the base. Since it is flat and wide, the base should be wrapped with extra layers of bubble wrap.
